Members have the option to choose their preferred communication method for Proactive Notifications. Options for preferred methods include:

- Both (making sure you get it)
- No Email or SMS
Note: If SMS or Email options are grayed out, the option will not be available for the you.
New device
If you are eligible for an upgrade, we'll show you a set of deals recommended for you based on your previous usage.
If you don't like any of the recommended deals, you can still browse other deals on our website that you qualify for.
Some contracts include a new device, a new device and wearable tech or just a contract extension.
We don't require any documents during the online upgrade process

RAM Couriers, our delivery partner, will contact you to deliver your SIM Card at the provided address. Please make sure you have your original identification document and proof of address handy to validate with the courier before they hand over your PowerDeal SIM card.
