How to order?
On this page we explain how to order at OneMobile. There are two ways to do this: via our website and with the OneMobile App. Ordering is done in three simple steps: choose, order, and receive. We make ordering as easy as possible and keep you informed of the order status by email after you place the order. That way, you'll know exactly what's happening before, during, and after placing an order!
Step 1: Choose
You can find what you're looking for in no time with our compare feature, whether you're looking for a phone with a contract, a SIM Only contract, or a phone without a contract. At OneMobile, we also offer a great range of tablets and accessories. You can find our complete range of products on the website and in the app. We're sure you'll find something that suits your wishes!
Step 2: Order
You can use the green order button to place the product in the shopping cart. When you've chosen a phone plan, you can sign the contract right away with our PowerDeal Contract. You will not have to do any research yourself. We'll tell you exactly what we need from you.
Step 3: Receive
Your package will now be shipped to you. You can find more information about this on our shipping and delivery page. You can now receive your product. Enjoy!

· I want to insure my device, is this possible?
Yes, that's possible! At OneMobile, we offer OneMobile Assist insurance. With this insurance, your device is insured for free for the first 3 months. On top of that, you are not tied to a one-year contract. For more information about Tulip Assist, check out our special OneMobile Assist information page or visit the OneMobile Assist website.
· What to do if my product is not in stock?
In this case, the page of the product will state the expected delivery period that you should take into consideration. You can check the current delivery time on your Order Status Page. In any case, we'll keep you updated via email!
· What if my contract application is rejected?
Sometimes, your contract application is rejected. In this case, we'll let you know right away. Depending on the situation, you'll be able to order a different phone plan. If this doesn't happen, we'll make sure that your order is cancelled. In this case, a refund will automatically be transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.

If you place an order with Belsimpel, we will keep you informed in various ways. You will always know what is happening. You can read all about your order on the order status page.
Order status on the website
At Belsimpel it is possible to follow the status of your order via the website. To do so, log in to this page. The only thing you need is your email address and your order number. The advantage of viewing the order status on the website is that you always have access to the most recent information.
Status updates via email
Any change in the status of your order will be communicated to you by email. For example, you will receive an email when we have received a payment or when we have shipped your package. So keep a close eye on your email when you have placed an order with Belsimpel!
When will my order arrive?
Of course you want to know when your order will arrive. When we ship your package, we will email you the Track&Trace code. Usually you will have the package the next day! On the order status page at 'Package status' under the heading 'Order history' you will see when your package has been packed and/or shipped.
